§ 1 General provisions

This privacy policy sets out how UnionNet takes care of your personal details and your rights.

MyInvoice - software designed for Apple devices working on iOS based devices.

Manufacturer - manufacturer is firma UnionNet Tomasz Muszyński, ul. Wczasowa 21c/1, 05-402 Otwock, Poland, Tax ID: PL5212774849.

GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Setvice - access to selected online services (like access to VIES database).

$ 3 Administrator of personal data

All personal data entered to MyInvoice software are only under your responsibility and can be synchronized do Dropbox account. None of your personal data (your invoices, partners, payments, etc) are sent to UnionNet.

Selected services may use online UnionNet services. At this time administrator of personal data is UnionNet Tomasz Muszyński. If you have any questions about how we manage your data and about your rights please contact with our support via email: support@myinvoice.biz.

§ 4 What personal data we process

Due to the provision of selected online services for Users, we process your personal data for various purposes. These are:

  1. Downloading data from the REGON database - To this end, the online service mediates transfer of data from the REGON database to the user. The data is transferred in an encrypted form. For safety and statistical purposes, we collect the tax identification number (eg VAT ID) of the user making the inquiry, the tax identification number of the contractor whose data is collected, as well as the IP address from which the inquiry was made and the date and time of the inquiry.

  2. Downloading data from the VAT information system (VIES) - To this end, the online service acts as an intermediary in transferring data from the VAT information system (VIES) database to the user. The data is transferred in an encrypted form. For safety and statistical purposes, we collect the tax identification number (eg VAT ID) of the user making the inquiry, the tax identification number of the contractor whose data is collected, as well as the IP address from which the inquiry was made and the date and time of the inquiry.

  3. In order to improve the quality of the program, we use Fabric / Crashlytics software that transfers statistical data from the use of the program and in the event of a failure of the logs from the program (eg the line number of the source code in which the error occurred). In the logs, no data of contractors, invoices, etc. are transferred. The account name (Settings / account / Label) and / or tax identification number may be provided in the logs.   4. Statistical data is collected on the basis of a legally legitimate interest (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR), consisting in facilitating the use of services provided electronically and improving the functionality of these services.

§ 5 Who we share your personal information with

Your personal data (eg VAT ID) may be transferred only to state authorities on a written request. UnionNet does not collect any personal data saved in the MyInvoice program located at your device, excluding the tax identification number if you use the online services.

§ 6 How long we keep your personal data

Statistical data is stored for 3 years.

§ 7 What are your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data

You are entitled to all rights under the Act on the GDPR.

§ 8 How we care about the security of your personal data

Personal data provided to the site is transferred in an encrypted form (SSL). Third parties and unauthorized persons do not have access to data stored on the server. The data is stored on OVH servers, which has a separate [privacy policy] (https://www.ovh.co.uk/personal-data-protection/).

The user of the MojaWaktura program is solely responsible for the data stored in the device and the responsibility for the loss of such data. To comply with the provisions of the GDPR, you must ensure the security of personal data stored in the device by entering the necessary available security (locking the program, locking the device, security copies, etc.).
